OL/DL/LB Camp - It’s work time again and there is no better place to prepare yourself for a championship season than at the Terry Bowden Football Camp.  UNA OL/DL/LB Camp enters its 8th season and has become one of the top football camps in the Southeast. The camp will be instructed by the UNA coaching staff as well as some of the top college and high school coaches in America. This is a working camp! This camp is for players and teams that want to take their game to the next level! The main goal of this camp is to prepare OL, DL, TE, and LBers for trench warfare! Fundamentals, work ethic and toughness are the cornerstones of what will be taught during the camp. Each station will prepare you, as a player, to WIN in the 4th Quarter!

As always at OL/DL Camp, agilities and conditioning will be stressed every session. There is no better way to prepare and push yourself both physically and mentally and develop team unity than by working together for three days this summer at Coach Bowden’s Elite Camp!

Defensive Linemen will be drilled in the fundamentals of attacking, defeating blocks such as the down, reach, counters and traps. Pass rush techniques will also be stressed along with zone blitz drops, stemming, pursuit angles, tackling and ball get off.

Linebackers will be drilled in basic fundamentals of stance, steps, and taking on blocks. LBers will also work on pass drops, blitz technique, and fundamental tackling drills.
